So these 5 star reviews are to get the “discount.” I called and asked what the admin fee was for. They said “paperwork.” They also agreed to lower mine to $100 if that tells you how much they’re scamming you. Apartment was not fully finished when I toured as well. Nailed shut windows in the bedroom which is illegal even though it was in the market for several months. Unfinished outlets. Broken window glass. Trashed basement. Clearly they don’t vet their apartments well. Bye.

All County Property Management was amazing to work with. The response time was incredible. The response time was incredible. I viewed the house at 330 pm and the next day I had an approval letter!! I viewed several properties and they were all in excellent condition. I did have to contact the office and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

All County NEO property management was and is the best company I’ve had the pleasure of working with! I sent in an application and that same day I got a response! Their agents are very helpful and very kind, they answered every question I had efficiently, which is honestly refreshing. This is a company I would recommend to my friends/family.

I was happy with my apartment until the ownership was changed and All County took over and the nightmare started. They have to be the worst management company ever. They only care about getting there money and do nothing in return. My shower was broken and wasn't fixed for a month and a half. My apt was robbed and they wouldn't change my locks and they told me if I changed the locks myself they would evict me. If you are thinking about renting from them, don't walk but run as fast as you can away from them. The only way to explain these people it's like trying to deal with the Third Reich. Stay away, they are very bad people.

My experience with this place was very different it reminds me of my college dorm slim but wide enough for space and that’s what I require. The kitchen was my favorite part I’m glad the basement is up to par with the rest of the housing the bedroom I’m renting will be enough and the location is close by 2 grocery stores I can do my budget is tight but I wish to manage better and the rent is what I can do. The place is a country stylish vibe to it and that’s alright I didn’t notice any issues with this place it’s a quiet environment people walk there dogs and I don’t see me being scared being on my own. If there was one thing that would be missing is a different parking area or bigger basement all in all I like it inside and out

Recently your company took on the apartment building I live in, as well as the surrounding apartment buildings of my area. I'm getting a feeling that it might be too big a job. All County set up an online section to place maintenance issues so they can be resolved. The last one took well over a month to complete, and it was just a broken dryer. The other one took a similar amount of time for a faucet issue within my apartment. The last maintenance man, Jim, was rightly on top of things. It would take a day or two, sometimes a 3 days. I recently created a new "meld" and it's in regards to the washer having a weird smell, and the dryer not being able to adjust temperature. I'm appreciative of the dryer, I just made mention of it as to something to look at. However, I go down to the basement only to find that the washer does not work AT ALL ... something is broken, and the dryer is unplugged. My listing was 12 days ago, but at the time it worked. People live 7 days a week. Your offices are only open 4 and a half days a week. Not even full days. I mean, that's awesome for the employees, but the properties you manage are left to the side. I do not want to be charged fees for emergency maintenance, when my "meld" was requested many days previous.

If I could post a negative score I would. Multiple failures needed repair. Tabatha Keller has failed to meet commitments, screwed up and failed to respond in the listed lead times. They have screwed up every single time: 1.) Car trapped in garage as door failed on first week. Trapped for 2 weeks! Arrangement with homeowner and contractor screwed up. 2.) nearly 1 month to fix loss of electric in places 3.) garage fridge never addressed in a year 4.) regular fridge is at coldest setting and barely keeps cold enough. Response was if it work at all we will hold off 5.) latest is dishwasher and microwave out. Took nearly a week for contact and the arrangement with owner. Screwed up again and contractors calling me to fix the arrangement. I call NEO and get no response. I am thrilled my lease is ending and dreading how they will screw up the security deposit!

To start with it is ILLEGAL to pay for Google Reviews which All County NEO pays $25 each for - it is a violation of Federal Trade Commission law. Applied for an apartment and and paid a $90 application fee, and was approved in less than 24 hours. Received an email then stating that there was an administration fee of $275 and a monthly recurring utility fee of $35 - adding about $700 a year to the apartment cost that was never mentioned before applying. Additionally, the lease that was emailed to me stated that I was responsible for sewer, trash and water when the apartment was advertised as it was the landlord's responsibility. The lease states that the tenant is accountable for pest control and mold abatement based on nothing more than the landlord's opinion, and there is a $1000 early lease termination fee in addition to any rents due. This company actually has the audacity to sue people that leave bad reviews but doesn't seem to take issue with paying for good reviews in violation of Federal Law. DON"T EVEN BOTHER SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR AN APARTMENT....
